  2. CHILE EN EL SIGLO • XX INDICACIONES AL DOCENTE El siguiente PPT es utilizado para entregar los conceptos sobre el Gobierno Militar y su reforma laboral. En forma anexa se trabaja la guía correspondiente al contenido. • Objetivos • Identificar e investigar sobre la Reforma Laboral realizada por el Gobierno Militar. • Comprender la Reforma Laboral del Gobierno Militar.

CHILE EN EL SIGLO • XX En el Gobierno Militar se produjeron diferentes medidas liberalizadoras que no se limitaron al ámbito económico Se buscaba traducir en un aumento salarial y de productividad. Con el fin de flexibilizar el mercado de trabajo se suprimió el salario mínimo, se moderaron las restricciones para las contrataciones y despidos del personal de trabajo y esto llevó al quiebre de negociaciones colectivas en el ámbito de las empresas.

  4. CHILE EN EL SIGLO • XX • Se consideraba que cualquier actividad sindical iba en contra del desarrollo económico y de la estabilidad de Chile. • Esta ley puso fin a la sindicalización obligatoria y puso la libertad para que los trabajadores pudieran afiliarse o desafiliarse de un sindicato

  5. CHILE EN EL SIGLO • XX Los empresarios en su mayoría de derecha acataron todas las propuestas económicas presentadas por el gobierno, los Chicago Boys y la economía neoliberal se hacían presentes en el nuevo orden económico del país
