  2. ATENDER LAS DEMANDAS DE INFORMACIÓN QUE REALIZA EL JOVEN • Ofreciendo una información actual • Que responda a sus intereses • Que le resulte útil y comprensible - Que sea precisa y no excesiva

  3. 2. ACERCARSE A TODA LA POBLACIÓN JUVENIL - Ofreciendo profesionalidad y empatía • Mostrándose innovador y próximo - Pretendiendo la igualdad de oportunidades - Atendiendo las circunstancias de cada uno como ser único (edad, sexo, raza, religión, condición social …)

BUSCAR LA AUTONOMÍA DEL JOVEN EN SU PROPIO DESARROLLO - Formando parte del conjunto integral que le rodea - Participando junto con la familia, escuela, administración - Informar, orientar, consultar … pero no solucionar. Hacer del joven el responsable de sus decisiones - Formar al joven para que desarrolle sus propias habilidades para analizar, buscar y utilizar la información - Impulsar la capacidad crítica del joven
