Update to Evaporate Code • Fixed Evaporate (formerly “Add depth”) code so that it does not deposit material in the shadow of overhanging pieces.
Update to History • When user reverts to a previous step, history now repeats all steps from the beginning through that step, instead of just repeating that step.
Usability Improvements • Cursor changes to hourglass when performing slow operations such as File Open. • User is warned about unsaved changes when trying to quit or open another file. • New menu options: • File > New • Edit > Colors
Updates to User Interface • For add/remove processes, replaced buttons with menu options and dialog boxes that let user select from list of appropriate materials. • Spin coat dialog box asks user for photoresist and rpm, from which it calculates thickness. Need equations for computing time, cost, quality of spin coat. • For all other add/remove processes, need to define user-provided parameters.
