Ex : médicament, armature de tente, machine à reproduire les clés DROIT D’AUTEUR Il protège une œuvre originale. Ex : roman, photo, architecture, musique, chorégraphie, logiciel MARQUE Elle distingue les produits et services d’une entreprise de ceux d’un concurrent. Ex : Peugeot, Lustucru, Chanel, SNCF DESSIN ET MODÈLE Il protège l’apparence de toutes sortes d’objets. Ex : bijou, presse-agrumes, vêtement, meuble
