  1. Hallo Herr Feldmann, ich möchte Ihnen - wie im Brief angekündigt - eine neue Police anbieten! Ich habe den Brief gesehen. Trotzdem möchte ich keinen Anruf! Unternehmer Kunde Der Kunde braucht eine neue Versicherungspolice. Ich kündige meinen Anruf per Post an. Reagiert er nicht, ist er einverstanden! Unternehmer Urteil: Auch das Schweigen des Kunden auf einen vorangegangenen Brief mit der Ankündigung eines bevorstehenden Anrufs eines Versicherungsvertreters, stellt kein konkludentes Einverständnis für einen Anruf dar.
