  2. O QUE É ASSOCIAÇÃO BRASILEIRA DA TRF? A “ASSOCIAÇÃO BRASILEIRA THE ROTARY FOUNDATION” É UMA SOCIEDADE CIVIL CRIADA COM BASE NA LEI Nº 9.790/99 E REGISTRADA NO MINISTÉRIO DA JUSTIÇA SOB Nº MJ 08026.007565/2004-73

  3. VANTAGENS ÀS EMPRESAS Contabilização como despesa operacional • Limite – 2% do lucro operacional • Assim, para um lucro de R$500.000,00, a contribuição máxima será de R$10.000,00. O valor que exceder não será considerado despesa. (art. 28 da IN nº 11, de 21/02/96 – art. 13º da Lei nº 9.249, de 26.12.1995)

TODAS AS EMPRESAS PODEM FAZER DOAÇÕES? • Em princípio sim, porém, somente as empresas optantes pelo LUCRO REAL podem gozar do benefício fiscal. • Empresas que não gozam do benefício: Aquelas que apuram o I.R. e Cont.Social pelos regimes: • Lucro Presumido (EPP fat.até R$2.400.000,00) • Simples (fat.até R$240.000,00) • Lucro arbitrado
