  2. DOLOR: - Niños - Ancianos - Mujeres en edad fértil

  3. 1ra ubicación: - periumbilical - epigastrio tipo: 1ro vago agudo - insidioso

  4. Luego: inapetencia nauseas vómitos fiebre

  5. Prosigue la inflamación esfacelo de mucosa F. I.D. punto de Mc Bourney Perforación (24-36 Hs) Infección Inflamación Peritonitis

  6. Aumento del dolor al caminar • Escalofrío • Diarrea • Fiebre
