Project #3: No Place Like Home • Students will survey parents, classmates, and our community to identify 7 wonders of Columbus. Each group will research their wonder to persuade a visitor to the Columbus area to visit their wonder. All the wonders will be recorded to create a podcast about Columbus, Indiana. To compare other communities, students will read Flat Stanley and write letters to family friends in other parts of the country or world. We will mark on a map where we get our return letters from to introduce geography and map skills. Project Topics What makes our community unique?
