  2. Pesar la Agarosa para hacer la solución

  3. SE PREPARA EL BUFFER (TAE ó TBE)

  4. Se funde en un horno de microondas

  5. Soporte para el Gel de Agarosa

  6. Se vacía la solución sobre la charola

  7. Gel con menor conc. De Agarosa

  8. Gel con mayor conc de Agarosa

  9. Colocación del gel en la cámara y llenado con el buffer

  10. Mezcla de la muestra con buffer de carga

  11. Carga de la muestra en los pozos del gel

  12. Fuente de poder (Volts)

  13. Se termina la corrida

  14. Se tiñe y observa en el Transiluminador

  15. Foto de las bandas observadas (Br-Et)
