  3. Caso clínico: situación personal Soltero Comparte piso con su primo Consumo de alcohol severo No seguimiento normas higiénico-dietéticas. No conciencia de enfermedad

  4. Perfil ideal • Autonomía suficiente para poder venir al HdD • Soporte social suficiente para garantizar el seguimiento • Motivación para seguir un protocolo de intervención

  5. Primera visita educación • Presentación programa Insuficiencia Cardíaca • Valoración socio-familiar • Teléfono de contacto • Signos de alarma
