RencanaKerjaDirektoratKeuangan • Mengendalikan WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) dengansasaran 9,74%: • SLA Rp25,39 T; Loan FTP-IRp 4,43 T; Loan Baru Rp20,34 T. • RUPO (Consent Solicitation) ObligasiDomestikRp14,21 T. • Call Option ObligasiDomestikRp 0,89 T. • Roll Out AP2T luarJawa Bali. • Revenue Assurance: Disjabar, Disjayadst & pengembangan AP2T. • Roll out ERP & PPFA luarJawa Bali & Optimalisasi ERPuntukkeuanganproyek, audit eksternaldan A2K (Aplikasi Anggaran danKeuangan). • Sistem monitoring Jaminan Bank. Investasi APLN 2012 • SKI dengan total Anggaran KasInvestasi (AKI) Rp.23T untukkegiatanLanjutan/luncuran& Baru/murnidenganPrioritas & Supervisi KDIV sesuaisurat no.09041/520/DIRUT/2011. • Pedoman APLN (surat no.10666/520/DITKEU/2011): • Unit membuat Anggaran KasBulanan (AKB) padaAplikasi Anggaran & Keuangan (A2K). • JikarealisasikegiatanLuncuran/Lanjutanmemerlukanperubahan SKI, maka GM harusmengoptimalkan AI/AKI yang ada. • Perubahankegiatantanpamengubah AI/AKI/Prioritasdapatdikoordinasikanoleh DITKON/OP/teknisterkait. • Usulan Anggaran diluarSurat No.09041/520/DIRUT/2011: • Disampaikanke KDIV Supervisi / terkaitcc:KDIVSIS & KDIVANG untukproseskeKomiteInvestasi / Rapat Direksi. • Khususkegiatanteknologiinformasidisampaikanke KDIVSIM. Antisipasi PSO • PSO tahunberjalandi APBN 2012 Rp. 40,5 T • Perhitungankebutuhan PSO di RKAP 2012 Rp. 77,6 T sehinggaperludiusulkantambahan PSO kePemerintah / DPR di APBN-P 2012. • Kebutuhan PSO dapatbertambahlagiapabilaasumsi RKAP 2012 tidakterpenuhiantara lain: • Pengoperasianpembangkit non BBM mundur (RKAP Lamp 20,21,22) • Pasokan gas tidakterpenuhi (RKAP Lamp.15) • Kenaikanpenjualandiseluruh Indonesia akannaikkan PSO.
