Reflective and Inquirers • Show evidence, use images, videos etc I tried to reflect my own performance for the floor sequence in gymnastic assessment. I asked my friends for the feed back, and I changed some order of the floor sequence when there’s something not really aesthetic. I questioned myself about other people’s skill for the sports such as: “how can he/she throw that shot put ball so far?” “Why does his/her gymnastic floor routine looks really aesthetic?” and so on.
What I can do to improve • What must you do to improve your level. • Stamina - I get tired easily every time, so I think I have to improve stamina so that I can run or continue the activity I am on. To improve my stamina, I have to run or walk for a long time and long distance frequently. This can include • Skills to improve • Listening to the teachers/following instructions • Practising more • Attending
