  3. ¿Qué es el mantenimiento para PCs? Es el cuidado que se le da a un computador para prevenir posibles fallas y alargar su vida útil.

  4. El Propósito de Mantenimiento Preventivo. • Reducir la probabilidad de problemas de hardware o software. • Reducir el tiempo de inactividad del ordenador.

  9. Se excluye de este mantenimiento al material que esté en condición de arrendamiento (leasing) y aquel que se encuentre en período de vigencia de la Garantía.

  10. Mantenimiento de hardware. • Asegúrese de que el hardware está funcionando correctamente. • Comprobar el estado de las piezas. • Reparar o reemplazar partes desgastadas. • Mantenga limpios los componentes. • Crear un programa de mantenimiento de hardware.
