  3. Nick O’Neil has left his position as RTF Manager (and S/R Subcommittee co-chair) to join Energy 350. The Council has hired Jennifer Anziano to take over as the RTF Manager. Jennifer starts July 14, 2014. Eugene Rosolie has left his position at Cowlitz PUD and is now working at NEEA, Stakeholder Relations. He remains an RTF member and a co-chair of the S/R Subcommittee. Tom Eckman is now the acting Director of the Council’s Power Planning Division. Charlie Grist is acting Manager of Conservation Resources. Eckman remains chair of the RTF at this time. Announcements

The S/R Subcommittee has contracted Darla Hailey to conduct scoping research on Mobile Home Decommissioning this summer. • Darla just completed her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle. • She also has a background in Manufactured Home sales. • She is identifying/contacting public and private agencies that could potentially partner with energy organizations. • BPA is also doing research on this topic. • Mark Johnson, Tom Osborn, and Travis Wood (intern) are involved • BPA will focus on quantifying the population of homes and conducting a survey of occupants to characterize their concerns, motivations, and options. • Ryan is managing Darla’s work and coordinating efforts of Darla and BPA.
