Etude SWIFT : switch ABC/3TC pour TDF/FTC Randomisation* 1 : 1 en ouvert S48 • Schéma TDF/FTC + IP/r (n = 155) 311 adultes VIH+ Sous ABC/3TC + IP/r ≥ 3 mois ARN VIH-1 < 200 c/ml ≥ 3 mois Pas d’antécédent de résistance aux ARV de l’étude ABC/3TC + IP/r (n = 156) * Stratification sur IP en cours : 32 % LPV/r vs 68 % autre IP/r à l’inclusion • Objectif • Critère principal : proportion de patients avec ARN VIH-1 < 200 c/ml au cours des 48 semaines de suivi (échec TLOVR = échec virologique [CV confirmée ≥ 200 c/ml ou dernière valeur ≥ 200 c/ml], arrêt prématuré, modification ARV) ; borne inférieure de l’IC 95 % de la différence = - 12 % SWIFT Campo R, CID 2013, Jan 29 (epub ahead of print)
