ASOCIACIÓN PERUANA DE FACULTADES DE MEDICINA • CURSO DE ALTA GERENCIA DE FACULTADES DE MEDICINA • MODULO IV • GUIA DE TRABAJO DE GRUPOS • ACREDITACIÓN DE FACULTADES O ESCUELAS DE MEDICINA • ASPECTO¿Cómo es ahora?¿Cómo debe ser?Rol de CAFME en Acreditación FEMs-Depende del MINSA-Actuación apropiada-Gozar de mayor autonomía económica-No estar sujetos a cambios políticos.Rol de ASPEFAM en acreditación FEMs-Entidad asesora -Debe tener representación con voz y voto.Carácter de Acreditación FEMs-Obligatorio-Debe continuar con carácter de obligatorio para conseguir elevar los estándares.Objetivos de Acreditación FEMs-Mejorar los procesos de capacitación profesional-Perfil Profesional eficiente y que se ejecute investigación.Estándares de acreditación-No contempla la investigación ni cuerpo docente permanente.-Que las Facultades incorporen la investigación en forma progresiva.-Adecuando estándares cada dos añosMetodología de acreditación FEMs-Califica la situación de las Facultades.-Debe ser un ente asesor para mejorar los procesos de FormaciónEquipo de verificadores-Tiene un adecuado equipo de verificadores-Debe continuar el proceso de capacitación-Debe ser uniforme y manejar instrumentos estándar.Financiamiento de acreditación FEMs-La efectúan las Facultades.-Apoyo del estado incluido en el pliego presupuestal.Difusión de resultados acreditación FEMs-Adecuado-Perfeccionar aún más la difusión.-Hacer conocer los detalles y eneficios alcanzados.Utilización de resultados acreditación FEMs-Debe existir estrecha coordinación interinstitucional entre la CAFME y la ANR.-Que los resultados sean utilizados para elevar el nivel de la Facultades de Medicina a nivel Nacional e Internacional. • Setiembre 2003
