  24. OBJETIVO 5: Mejorar la Salud MaternaMINISTERIO DE SALUDDIRECCION DE PLANIFICACIÓNREGIÓN DE SALUD DE LOS SANTOSPLAN DE ACCIÓN AÑO 2,013 PROBLEMA: Inasistencia a reuniones de la comisión de muerte materna y perinatal de algunos miembros de la comisión.
