  3. LE • Hyppigste symptomer og fund • Uforklarlig akut dyspnø • Takypnø > 20 /min • Substernal brystkasse ubehag • 97 % har en/flere af ovenstående sympt. • > 90 % stammer fra DVT!

  5. Patient under udredning af infiltrat ringer til daghospital 2 dage efter DUO og klager over åndenød Hvad gør du ?

  6. Mulige diagnoser • Ses af læge akut eller næste morgen? • Undersøgelser? • Behandling? • Udskrivelse?

  7. LE behandling • Lav molekylært heparin • AK • Trombolyse • Pulmonal embolektomi
