  6. Clasificacion: Tipo A: infrasindesmoticas Tipo B: transindesmoticas Tipo C: suprasindesmoticas.

  7. Fracturas tipo A • Mecanismo de la lesion Fx transversa fibula Supinacion & adduccion

  8. Fracturas tipo B • Mecanismo de la lesion. Fx oblicua fibula Supinacion Rotacion talar ext

  9. Fracturas tipo C • Mecanismo de la lesion. Pronacion Rotacion externa

  10. Radiologia: • AP • Mortise view( 20 grados rotacion interna ) • Lateral.
