High Level Goals • Long term goals • Open the participation of other regions of Colombia in Antioquia´s science fair. • Improve the quality of the projects. • Involve the scientific community and get corporate support to sponsor the activities in Antioquia. • Short term goals • Develop a regional science fair in Antioquia. • Develop and plan a budget for a sustainable regional fair in Antioquia. • Increase the number of teachers trained in science investigation processes. • Develop a virtual strategy to follow up the science projects that have no technical or pedagogical support. • Develop digital material to support teachers and students
Objectives • 650 Public schools participants by 2015. • 1200 teachers trained in science activities between 2012 and 2015. • Develop science fairs in 70 municipalities by 2015. • Registration of finalist projects in the Virtual network “Antioquia la más educada en ciencias”. • Increase 50% the quota of new finalist projects that will participate from Antioquia in Intel ISEF by 2015 based on 2013 quota.

Steltzer of the Planetary Entry descent and landing and small body access office, solar system and Mars explorations directorates NASA/Caltech propulsion laboratory. • Which Shop Talks were the most beneficial for your team? • “Free curriculum inquiry in the science classroom” presented by Shelley Shott, because this digital material is very interesting and important for the science fair process in Antioquia.
