PROJECT BENEFITS • Stormwater Improvements (reduce flooding of school site) • Improve safety for vehicles and pedestrians. • Shift main high school entrance west to alleviate back-ups into the bulldog drive/SR100 intersection. • Provide right turn lanes on SR100 onto Bulldog Dr. and high school entrances. • Provide turn lane on Bulldog for left turn into high school site. • Provide a 10-foot sidewalk along the west side of Bulldog Drive. • Reconstruction of Bulldog/SR100 intersection • Replace string pole signal with a new mast arm signal. • Roadway improvements for the ultimate configuration: • Right turn lane on bulldog onto SR100 and two left turn lanes onto SR100. • Extend existing left turn lane on SR100 onto Bulldog Drive. • Extension of street lighting. • Enhanced Landscaping and re-use irrigation.
