What I have learnt • Netball • Netball Activities & Rules • During the Netball lesson, we did some activities to improve and understand netball skills, First of all we had done mark my opponent position player. Second, we practiced passing the ball without taking by opponent player. • Rules In Netball, there are 7 players in each team and each player has different duty, also there are three zones that may allow to go in or not. Finally, when we have ball, we cannot move and cannot drivel. • Gymnastic • In Gymnastic, I had learnt hand stand and head stand. Also I learn making my own routines.

Learner Profile Links • Thinker, Because When I was doing the net ball project and when I made gymnast, I used thinking to combine the information such as netball rules and netball position. • Risk Taking, When I was doing my own gymnastic routine, my gymnastic routine included hand stand, dive-forward roll, and cartwheel which may be injure myself. 4. What I can do to improve • During my own routine, I think I should add some changing direction by many other different movements. • sometimes I was chatting with my friends, so I should not doing that anymore to follow teacher instruction well. • Often I didn’t brought my own P.E. clothes thus I will brought my P.E. clothes every P.E. class.
