  3. ASSISTÊNCIA FARMACÊUTICA BÁSICA 2 0 0 5 Gestor Estadual = R$ 1,00 habitante/ano (Incremento de 100% em relação ao governo anterior) (237 municípios) PROCIS Gestor Estadual = R$ 3,00 habitante/ano (Incremento de 600%) (56 municípios)

  6. Programa de Saúde Mental Critérios para Inclusão dos Municípios:  Equipe multidisciplinar Psiquiatra ou Clínico Geral Assistente Social ou Psicólogo Farmacêutico (obrigatório)
