  2. What I definitely know from my Mock Exam • Include – • Strengths from the exam • Questions that I answered well • ‘Positive’ percentages from sections B2: 12/20 B3: 10/15 • Personal confidence in topics- Leisure, social, health, injuries, Motivation

  3. What I found difficult in my Mock Exam • Include – • Weaknesses from the exam-Parts on drugs, Body parts( bones muscles), heath & fitness. Misunderstanding questions. • Questions that I answered poorly- Function of body parts, Skeleton, -Narotic analgesic (drug)1/5.-Three types of guidance you may receive1/6, 3components of skill related fitness 0/6. • ‘Negative’ percentages from sections –Section A: 9/20 section B1: 9/25 • Topics of particular weakness Parts on drugs, Body parts( bones muscles), heath & fitness

  4. Action Plan for Improvement • What I must do to improve my grade: Revising parts/topics I’m weak in • Include - • Revising key topics and areas of weakness. -Parts on drugs, Body parts( bones muscles), heath & fitness • Using the Revision Booklet to practice past paper exam questions. • Understand the ‘style’ of questioning and reading the questions properly. • Learning key terms and definitions, using Quizlet and Ilearn. • Re-read sections of the text book, especially areas you found difficult. • SMARTER goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timebound, Excitement, Recorded.

  5. SMARTER goals on myself Specific: I’m going to aim for a B grade in the final exam- Putting more time on the topics on drugs, Body parts( bones muscles), heath & fitness, that I’m weak in. specifically revising & memorizing on the terms and key words- Giving myself quizzes, making charts/table for drugs. Measurable: Practicing past year exams and checking how much I score, also seeing whether I have improved from last time(Mock).

  6. Achievable: My current grade is about 14 points away from my target grade: It could be achievable because I have only scored 50% in the theory test. Scoring more points on my weaker topic and bank questions would be able to bring up my mark to my target Realistic: A “B” grade is reasonable target because I think I have the ability to achieve it. It is not a extremely high score and I think it could be achieved in a few weeks.

  7. Time bound: I have about 6 weeks to achieve my target, It has an end point so it always alerts me. Excitement: I could make my revision exciting by using a online quiz called quizlet. There are games and mini-quizzes that could make my revision more exciting and enthusiastic. Recorded: My revision progress could be recorded on a table to see how far have I got to and how much more I have left to revise. It also shows me how long I have worked and if it’s efficient.
