  3. INTRODUCCIÓN • 2% Población está anticoagulada • Indicación en nuevos diagnósticos • Inicio tratamiento +joven • >envejecimiento de la población

  4. INTRODUCCIÓN • ATENCIÓN HOSPITALARIA: pacientes de inicio o mal controlados • ATENCIÓN PRIMARIA: pacientes en rango • ATENCIÓN DOMICILIARIA: nuevas tecnologías APP MÓVILES

  5. OBJETIVOS • Identificar recursos tecnológicos y sociales de nuestros pacientes. • Mejorar la calidad asistencial a través de herramientas que faciliten los canales de comunicación con los pacientes.

  6. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS • Cuestionario auto-administrado con 6 ítems para variables sociodemográficas y 6 para recursos tecnológicos y sociales. • Muestra de 80 pacientes. • Datos de nuestro SIL. • Análisis de frecuencias • Descripción de APP controLAtao

  7. RESULTADOS I • EDAD: 27,5% < 60 años • SEXO: 51% Varones • ESTUDIOS: 55% Primarios y 18,75% bachiller y universitarios

  8. RESULTADOS II • PROCEDENCIA: 38,75% Pueblos Huelva • DESPLAZAMIENTO AL HOSPITAL: • Públicos:40%(autobús, taxi, ambulancia) • Privados:52,5%(coche) • ACOMPAÑANTES: • Cónyuge: 32,5% -Ninguno:31,25% • Hij@s: 23,75% • Padres:3,75%

  9. RESULTADOS III • MÓVIL CON INTERNET: • SI=43,75% NO= 50% • ACOMPAÑANTE con móvil-internet: • SI=62,5% NO=35% • CUIDADORA con móvil-internet: • SI=6,25% NO=86,25%

  10. RESULTADOS IV • El 10% necesitaron información adicional desde el último control • El 12% tuvieron dudas sobre dosis, alimentación, etc desde último control. • Las dudas fueron resueltas por: familiares, internet, médico de cabecera, enfermera de centro de salud y hospital.

  22. DISCUSIÓN • Actualmente es un proyecto a la espera del visto bueno para instalar el programa informático MODULAB GOLD, que es compatible con iOS y Android

  23. CONCLUSIONES • Existe un sector de población susceptible de beneficiarse de esta herramienta. • Permite mejorar la comunicación entre el facultativo-paciente. • Mejora de la adherencia al tratamiento. • Disminución de costes indirectos.
