WHY TO START THE PROJECT Chinfon Cement Corporation | 3 • Need to have integrated system to manage all of entire business process function. • Existing system (Gupta System) doesn't fully support current business operation or relative expensive to upgrade (such as: not support production COGS calculation, Production reporting, not easily to upgrade for new version of Windows, data unstable etc) • Need to have a computerized system / a tool for Financial/Accounting and other supporting tools to assure company data consistency, integrity, correctness, real time & transparence to enable faster and better decision making • Concern of future business growing regarding Accounting & Financial system compliance and work load caused by manual data confirmation

PROJECT OBJECTIVES • To have Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (IERP) software with consists of multiple component that integrate activities across functional departments, embracing finance/accounting, manufacturing, material management, sales and distribution, customer relationship management and other necessary tools/method. • The IERP software systems must include application modules to support common business activities like finance, accounting, material management etc. These components interact together to achieve a common goal - streamline and improve organizations' business processes.
