  3. “Cooperativa UNIÓN EL EJIDO” • 7 de octubre de 1975, en el Barrio El Ejido de Cotacachi • 49 socios fundadores, agricultores, ganaderos, artesanos - padres de familia. Hoy contamos con 8.500 socios activos • Ley de Cooperativas hasta 2011 y desde mayo 2011 - LEY ORGÀNICA DE ECONOMIA POPULAR Y SOLIDARIA. • Somos 8 oficinas en el Cantón Cotacachi, Imbambura, Ecuador.

RESULTADOS DEL PROYECTO 1.- Cuidado del Medio Ambiente 2.- Generación Productos Orgánicos 3.- Mantener y Generar Flujo de Trabajo Comunidad 4.- Aumentar Oferta Productos Tradicionales 5.- Evitar Migración del Campo a la Ciudad 6.- Evitar Cultivos Contaminan Medio Ambiente(Floricultores) 7.- Generar Nuevas Iniciativas de Cultivo Conforme Diversidad de Pisos Ecológicos, Climas, Producción. 8.- Compromiso y Confianza de la Comunidad con la CAC
