Definicionesprincipales Síndrome de secreción inadecuada de la hormona antidiurética: Hiponatremia con euvolemia clínica: • Descartado volumen circulante eficaz bajo (TO normal, PV normal, no ortostatismo, no ascitis ni edemas) • No toma de diuréticos • No insuficiencia adrenal, no hipotiroidismo, no insuficiencia renal • No situaciones de estímulo fisiológico de la vasopresina (posoperatorio, dolor, etc.) con: • [Na+s] < 135 mmol/l • Osmop < 275 mOsm/kg • Osmou > 100 mOsm/kg • [Na+u] > 40 mmol/l en condiciones de aporte suficiente de sodio
