Superamento del dualismo:VIGILANZA O PROMOZIONE DELLA SALUTE? “Mission dello Spisal:la prevenzione delle malattie causate e correlate al lavoro ed il miglioramento del benessere di chi lavora conseguiti attraverso la vigilanza (che è strumento e non fine), l’assistenza, la formazione e l’informazione”. Lo stesso soggetto (attraverso la vigilanza) contribuisce a creare un ambiente ricettivo al rispetto delle leggi e (attraverso l’assistenza, la formazione, l’informazione) contribuisce al cambiamento dei comportamenti.
