DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO INTRODUCCION • DIVERTICULOSIS DE DELGADO 2-4% POBLACION • COMPLICACIONES INFRECUENTES • OBSTRUCCION INTESTINAL SANGRADO INTESTINAL • RUPTURA MALABSORCION • CUERPOS EXTRAÑOS • DIVERTICULITIS SINTOMAS INESPECÍFICOS, SIMILARES A OTROS PROCESOS INFLAMATORIOS ABDOMINALES MAS FRECUENTES. TC IMPORTANCIA DE LAS TECNICAS DE DIAGNOSTICO POR IMAGEN

  3. DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO MATERIAL Y METODOS • ESTUDIO RETROSPECTIVO DE LOS HALLAZGOS POR TC EN 5 PACIENTES CON DIVERTICULITIS AGUDA DE DELGADO. • 4 VARONES, 1 MUJER. Edad media 62,8 (50-74) • TODOS INGRESADOS POR UCIAS • DOLOR ABDOMINAL Y FIEBRE • LEUCOCITOSIS EN 3 CASOS. • TCHI-SPEED (GE Medical Systems) • TC SIN CONTRASTE EV POSITIVO STOP • NEGATIVO • 120 ml 3ml/s 70´delay • TC CON CONTRASTE EV 5 mm pitch 1.5

DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO RESULTADOS • LOCALIZACION DUODENO (n=1) YEYUNO (n=3) ILEON (n=1) • MULTIPLES DIVERTICULOS n=3 • CAMBIOS GRASA MESENTERICA n=6 • AIRE LIBRE n=3 • ABSCESO PERIDIVERTICULAR n=2 • LIQUIDO LIBRE n=1 • ENGROSAMIENTO MURAL n=1 • EN 3 CASOS, FUE NECESARIA LA CIRUGÍA (RESECCIÓN SEGMENTARIA INTESTINAL CON ANASTOMOSIS TÉRMINO-TERMINAL).

DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO • Imágenes de adición en ileon, con aire extraluminal y aumento de la densidad de la grasa mesentérica adyacente (flechas rojas), así como pequeño absceso peridiverticular (cabezas de fecha). Se aprecian también formaciones diverticulares en yeyuno (flechas amarillas), pero sin cambios inflamatorios asociados.

  17. DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO • TID de control del caso anterior, con presencia de formaciones diverticulares en yeyuno e ileon.

  18. DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO CONCLUSION • AUNQUE INFRECENTE, LA DIVERTICULITIS DE DELGADO DEBE SER INCLUÍDA EN EL DIAGNOSTICO DIFERENCIAL DE LOS PROCESOS AGUDOS ABDOMINALES. • LOS SINTOMAS SON INESPECÍFICOS, Y LA PRESEN TACIÓ CLÍNICA PUEDE SIMULAR PROCESOS INFLAMATORIOS ABOMINALES MAS FRECUENTES. • LOS HALLAZGOS DEL TC PUEDEN SUGERIR ESTE DIAGNOSTICO Y EXCLUYEN OTRAS POSIBILIDADES.
