Update General Info • Current Work Booster RF cavity rework : RF3 repair has started – East Gallery BRF (ALL DONE) turn-on later this week, Friday ? 3 more modulators (WG) today – 1 more to go Tuner Work : Has 1 been tested?, 2ndthis week?, 3rdnext wk Ferrite Update: Testing gig sent to vendor ; Modifying mixture for Highu LCW : Work is finished.  CUB is running okay in auto. RFQ : NTF has run treatment! Changed source yesterday – NTF Thur. HPower :NO word Booster Absorber: Stack Complete – working on finishing up face and outside Linac Modulator : EE Talk Today Booster SS: Phase matching finished Booster Modulator: Several modulators shipped – 4 modulators needed Cogging: Software work continues • Booster Shielding : Making progress on what needs to be tested and rad safety simulations and analysis. Meeting last Monday – next one in Jan. • AD FY14 & FY15 Project Labor Pow-Wow Dec 18th (All Day) – NO real news • There are questions about labor and the schedule – managers need to make sure it’s reasonable. Many managers are from support departments – but need to update RLS. Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd (talk today), Mary(@review))
