  2. Agenda • Summary Update • Current Activities Updates/Talks: • Steimel – 200 MhZ Klystron • Kotz – Solid State

Update General Info • Current Work • Booster RF cavity rework – RF 6 – 2 Tuners off – more problems • TD is planning on cleaning cones (burn) • LCW – Fill is not done – fixing leaks – Pump work still ongoing • RFQ – Electrical work underway, install will start today? • HPower RF – A 1.4M is waiting for signature - ODDONE,PIERMARIA • Will write rec for remainder of cost this week. • High Power Ferrite Testing – No news • Booster Absorber – Kicker and PS work continues – Kicker Testing • Linac Modulator – Meeting Last week – Fernanda/Trevor set plan • Booster Solid State – Working on racks - • Booster Modulator work – Not sure if 10 units completed yet? • Tuner with new ferrite – Waiting for refund/High Mu/ New Ferrite • Cogging – Software work continues • Booster Shielding – Safety working on identifying penetrations Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary) END OF Fiscal Year - FY12 fiscal year end close is complete, final FY12 budget reports should be available later this week and they’ll reflect the budget adjustments itemized.

Upcoming • RLS – Update Request went last week • Patrick G Sheahan; Kiyomi Seiya; Salah J Chaurize; William A Pellico; Stephen P Kotz; Rene D Padilla; Thomas N Kubicki • Fiscal Year Start – FY13 but need to finish FY12 reports • Reports (October) • PMG • Quarterly Report • Will have special Wednesday meeting with Ann to discuss FY13 (next week?) • PIP talk at PAC (Oct) • Still thinking about university help for PIP – Items?
