  2. Agenda • Summary Update • Current Activities Updates/Talks: Elmie and Ken: RLS – Updates – Budget Summary

  3. Update • Current Work • Booster RF cavity rework RF6 in test stand being tested….. • Cavity 1017 was mechanically finished on 10/29. Vacuum pump issues were resolved on 10/31 • Tuner Work: Three tuners waiting to be assembled once we have cones • Building 12 cone assemblies – since none available. Goal is to complete these next week. • Cavity 1013 build: (Mike May ), center is scheduled to be in the machine shop before Thanksgiving. • SS PA Work: Not much has changed - will have the copper cooling rings for the tube sockets this week (the machine was very busy.)? • Water Manifolds are presently being constructed by Larsen MFG in Mundelein, IL. Possibly finished by late next week. • SS Install: The modified 'taller' SSD rack was finished and brought over to station 9 in the East Booster Gallery. • Modulator Work: First 10 completed/Tested,Next twelve - two are 100% (1/week) • LCW: Booster LCW return pump work is complete. • Some Booster enclosure LCW work is ongoing; Long 3 hose replacement, EDWA magnet hook-ups, minor leaks, may try to install some more strainers and valves. • PreAcc LCW work is ongoing; RFQ and Solenoid magnet LCW is complete, PSQA doublet magnet LCW in progress • MCC – moved to lower gallery and is in the process of being connected!!! • RFQ: Entire Line Connected, Surveyed and Under vacuum!! Connections/Conditioning • Schedule -> Finish Safety Testing this week, Beam permit signoffs next week …. • HPower RF : ODDONE had signed the 1.4Mrequisition  Well Not Any More – Put back on Hold (NOVA) • Booster Absorber – Blocks Installed, Drawings approved - • Linac Modulator –SLAC requisition placed to continue work. • Cogging – Software work continues • Booster Shielding – Safety did tunnel tour – will have a update end of month Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary) Fiscal Year – There is still some FY12 –> FY13 funding discussions occurring – Today Talk has more information…..

  4. So far on schedule – or a little ahead but will like to have extra time for working on sources, efficiency an measurements.

Upcoming • RLS – Finishing updates • Fiscal Year Start – • Labor requests – mostly worked out • M&S – still depends upon 2nd floor decision but have tasks that ready to go/continue • Reports – none at this time • Meetings: • Roger regular PIP – yesterday • Talked about fiscal (labor) concerns for both AD and PIP • Meet with Ann again (Nov 14?)
