Highlights (Q3/2007) • Currently in Commissioning Phase • Vast majority of hardware and electronics installed. • Bypass valves and level sensors still need to be installed. • Pipe insulation work in progress • System test in progress. • Software tests are in progress. • Current Completion Date is November 30th, 2007 (Slip from Nov 16th due to late valves and sensors). Open Issues • Technical • Installation of bypass valves, level sensors, and vent lines in cable drape still pending. • Schedule • Level sensors in customs should release next week. • Bypass valve delivery due 2nd week of November. • Financial • None • Resource • Will need electrical techs to wire up level sensors. • Need mechanical tech help for installing level sensors and vent hose in cable drape.   4. Progress (Q3/2007) • Procurement • Mechanical Components ( Planned Sep) (Completed except for pump bypass valves, due in 2nd week of November) • Pipe Insulation will be last item procured. (Completed in October) • Electrical Components (Planned July/Completed in August except for level sensors.) • Software Development • First cut of PLC Code (Planned July/Completed in August) • Bench Test (Planned July – Aug/Completed in September) • Changes made based on testing (Planned Aug/In progress) • Installation • Tank Installation (Planned July/Completed in July) • Electrical Installation (Planned Aug/(Completed in October) • Will need to replace z-axis flowmeter cable with longer one due 2nd week of Nov. • Piping • Select vendor/Issue Contract (Planned July) (Completed in August) • Begin Piping Installation (Sep 10) (Started on time and completed ahead of time) • Piping Insulation (In progress 60% complete/planned to be completed in Oct) LBT Q3 2007 Engineering Review
