  1. Elinkeinopoliittisten klustereiden Toteutuksesta vastaavat seudulliset toimijat. Strateginen ohjaus AKO Länsi-Uusimaa on 11 kunnan yhteinen aluekeskusohjelmaa toteuttava kaupunkipoliittinen hanke. Ohjelman toteutusta Koordinoi yhteistoimintaryhmä, jossa tavoitteet ja toteutustapa sovitetaan yhteen ja ohjausryhmä hyväksyy linjatut toimenpiteet. Kunnallisten palveluverkostojen kehittämistä koordinoi AKO. Hanketta hallinnoi Länsi-Uudenmaan Yrityskeskus Oy ja projektipäällikkönä toimii Erja Vaarala, toimistosihteerinä Minna-Mari Tiihonen ja talousasioissa toimii hallintopäällikkönä Raija Rajantaus
