  2. Introducción • Problema clínico frecuente • Síntomas: Hipoperfusión cerebral • Debilidad, mareos, fosfenos, diplopia, pérdida de la conciencia, angina.

  3. Diagnóstico • 2 o 5 minutos de pie, después de 5 minutos de descanso en decúbito • Caída de 20 mmHg en la PS • Caída de 10 mmHg de la PD • Síntomas de hipoperfusión cerebral 108 de 230 pacientes evaluados en la prueba de tilt presentaron resultados anormales 40% hipotensión a los 10 minutos
