  9. PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO TÁTICO OPERACIONAL  3 a 5 anos.  Inclui objetivos qualitativos e quantitativos.  (1) Orientar o planejamento operacional;  (2) Avaliar o desempenho de gestores; e  (3) Desenvolvemetas para alcançar os objetivos pretendidos.

  10. PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO TÁTICO OPERACIONAL  Geralmente de 1 ano.  Inclui informações quantitativas.  (1) Decide operações do dia-a-dia;  (2) Avalia o desempenho do departamento específico; e  (3) Desenvolve metas para alcançar os objetivos pretendidos.
