Hypoxémie : mécanismes • Anomalies des rapports ventilation/perfusion (VA/Q) • Principal mécanisme surtout dans les TVO (BPCO) • Incapacité du soufflet thoracique à assurer une ventilation suffisante • Le poumon est sain : • anomalies de la commande, anomalies de la paroi thoracique, obèsité • Incapacité de la surface alvéolo-capillaire d’assurer les échanges • Atteinte de la membrane alvéolo-capillaire : fibrose, SDRA • Atteinte des vaisseaux pulmonaires : HTAP ou embolies
