  4. 7.3 Diagnose HCM Amyloidose Schwere Aortenstenose LV-Hypertrophie bei Hypertonie Normalbefund

  5. 7.4 RICHTIG! • Hypertrophe Kardiomyopathie • Typische Zeichen im MRT: LV- Hypertrophie, intramurales streifiges oder fleckiges LGE als Ausdruck einer Myokardfibrose. • Unterschieden wird die hypertrophe obstruktive (HOCM) von der nicht-obstruktiven (HNCM) Form. • Klinische Symptome: Angina pectoris, Belastungsdyspnoe, Synkopen und plötzlicher Herztod
