Binnen het project 107 worden vijf sleutelfuncties onderscheiden.   • Functie 1: GGZ-promotie, preventie, vroegdetectie en vroeginterventie • Functie 2: Mobiele behandelingsteams die zich verplaatsen naar waar de zorgvrager zich bevindt; thuis of elders, in zijn of haar leefomgeving • Functie 3: Teams inzake psychosociale rehabilitatie, die helpen bij zaken die met het dagelijkse leven te maken hebben op het vlak van wonen, vrije tijd, werk, relaties, • Functie 4: Intensieve gespecialiseerde residentiële GGZ-units • Functie 5: Specifieke woonvormen en verblijfsformules.

  4. Start mobiele 2b- teams • Vanaf 1 april starten 3 teams (27 VTE) • Multidisciplinair samenstelling • Psychiater, psychologen ,psych. Verpl., maatschappelijk werkers • aangevuld met GTB-mededewerker, Straathoekwerker, ervaringsdeskundige • Uitvalbasis Villa Voortman Pc Caritas Dr. Guislain
