Constats du groupe de travail • Le nombre d’autorisations SSR et le nombre de lits en HC semblent suffisants • Cependant, le nombre le lits en HDJ paraît trop faible • Un défaut d’information entre professionnels de santé sur le territoire • La précarité de certains patients rend difficile l’entrée en SSR: le nombre du lits dédiés aux patients présentant un problème social (isolement, tutelle,… ) semble insuffisant • Les alternatives existent mais sont mal connues, mal articulées entre elles • Difficulté de recrutement des paramédicaux
