Highlights (Q4/2007) Instrument room power installed by contractor Machine shop moved to level 3L Power and lights on 3L complete and operational Level 4 power to support LUCIFER and LINC closed cycle cooler compressors is complete Power monitoring continuing Monitoring PF, talked with Gilbert Electric Phase imbalance corrected on UPS power panels Materials in hand to install LBTI closed cycle cooler compressor power and connector

  3. Open Issues Technical None Schedule Scheduled for 2008 Financial None Resource Materials in hand, time slot required to complete

  4. Progress (Q4/2007) Instrument room complete Power to level 3L machine shop complete Power to level 4 power expansion complete except for LBTI added requirement PEPSI power being installed

  5. Planning (Q1/2008) Install connection point power for PEPSI at bridge location Continue monitoring power quality
