Current Construction Projects LAC Building A – Student Services Retrofit Measure E 2008 • Considerable progress since last update • Exterior envelope & roof sheeting being installed • Structural walls on new addition in progress • End of construction anticipated Fall of 2012
Current Construction Projects LAC Building I - Measure E 2008 • Building construction complete; casework in progress • Punch list items and fire alarm almost complete • Move in scheduled for February 2012

Current Construction Projects PCC MDAB (Multi-Disciplinary Academic Building) Measure E 2008 • MDAB building remodel project • Phase 1 of 2 currently under construction • Exterior envelope currently being constructed • Roof membrane 100% complete

Upcoming Construction Projects PCC Building CC Retrofit - Measure E 2008 • Building CC Fitness Center, offices and restrooms • Demolition and hazmat removal mostly complete • Duration of project approximately 12 months • Anticipated end of construction Fall 2012
Upcoming Construction Projects Will house Math and Culinary Arts instructional program as well as Reprographics Design Build delivery method Final 3 Qualified Design Build Entities (DBE) selected Design proposals from 3 DBE’s received and are currently being reviewed Anticipate awarding at the February Board meeting Anticipated start of construction 2013 LAC Math Technology Building – Measure E 2008
Upcoming Construction Projects PCC Building GG - Measure E 2008 • Design Build delivery method • Request for Qualifications (RFQ) have been received and under review • 16 Design Build Entities (DBE) submitted qualifications • Building to house Health Services, EOPS, DSPS, Financial Aid, Cashier, A&R, and Counseling • Estimated start of construction December 2013
Upcoming Construction Projects LAC Building C Retrofit - Measure E 2008 • Hired Architect to do design work • Program phase is currently ongoing • Work includes modernization of structure, classrooms spaces, and office areas
