Diagnosekriterien • Reaktion auf belastendes Ereignis oder Situation außergewöhnlicher Bedrohung • Wiederholtes Erleben (Intrusionen) • Gefühl emotionaler Stumpfheit • Vermeidung • Vegetative Überregbarkeit & Vigilanzsteigerung, Schlaflosigkeit • Angst & Depression, Suizidgedanken Vortrag: Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung

  3. Weitere Probleme • Depression • Andere Angststörungen • Probleme in der Partnerschaft • Sexuelle Störungen • Substanzmißbrauch • Körperliche Beschwerden/ Somatisierung Vortrag: Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung

Eigenschaften des intrusiven Wiedererlebens • Vorwiegend sensorische Eindrücke, visuell • Als Gegenwart erlebt, nicht als Erinnerung • Resistent gegen zusätzliche Information • Auch als „Emotion ohne Erinnerung“ möglich • Auslöser sind Reize, die zeitlich mit dem Trauma assoziiert sind Vortrag: Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung

Ziele der Behandlung • Reduktion intrusiven Wiedererlebens durch Herstellen eines Traumagedächtnisses • Änderung der problematischen Interpretationen des Traumas/ seiner Konsequenzen, die das Gefühl aktueller Bedrohung hervorrufen • Modifizieren dysfunktionaler Verhaltensweisen und kognitiver Strategien Vortrag: Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung
