  2. 1. Mély fájdalom s csalódás éjéből jöttünk A vággyal, hogy mennyei otthonunkba térjünk! Isten Igéje volt az, mi szárnyat adott: „Eljön az Úr, és visz majd látni a vágyott hont! Utódokként atyáink nyomába léptünk. A próféták sorsában is volt bőven részünk. Ámde mind fényesebb az advent üzenet, S a bizonyosság, hogy minket az Úr vezetett!

  3. 2. Halld, advent nép: örömmel nézz fel az égre! Oly szép a kép: Örök hazánknak áldott fénye! Nem volt a nap alatt oly dicső pillanat, Mint lesz, amikor Jézus, szemünk megpillanthat! Sok jel ad hírt, hogy itt a vég nemsokára, És felragyog a dicső hajnal szép sugára. Megújult földünk vár, pirkadj vágyott fényár, S változtasd Urunk már könnyeinket vigasszá!
