  4. OBJECTIFS • Améliorer la performance du système de Santé à Analanjirofo • Améliorer l’accès aux soins des populations les plus défavorisées • Rééquiper les centres de Santé de Base a Analanjirofo

  5. CONTEXTE • Initiative de la Région Analanjirofo ,l’ONG BIP humanitaire, l’Association HETSIKA . • Mise en place et renforcement des partenaires (Politique Nationale de la Santé/Axes stratégiques) • Concept du Ministère de la Santé Publique:<<Santé pour tous et par tous >>

ORGANISATION • Arrivée du container Port de Toamasina:06 Juillet 2011 • Arrivée du container à Fénérive-Est:11 Aout 2011 • Livraison aux centres de soins: > CSB2 Maroantsetra: livré ,sur bateau > CSB2 Ambodiampana: livré > CSB1 Antsiradava et CSB2 Ampasimazava: Magasin Stockage DRSP Fénérive-Est, en attente de transfert.

POINT A RETENIR • Respect du calendrier établi • Suivi assuré • Communication en retour les informations utiles a tous les niveaux(rapports,photos….) • Établissement de contrats/convention de coopération (ref:PN Contractualisation) • Redynamisation du mécanisme de coordination des partenaires du secteur Santé(Réunion de coordination, forum…)
