  2. A.Creeping Eruption/Cutaneus Larva Migran Kelainankulit : • peradangan linear/berkelok2 menimbul • progresif • terowonganinvasi larva cacing (anjing&kucing)

  3. ETIOLOGI Larva cacingtambang : • Ancylostomabrazilienze • Ancylostomacaninum EPIDEMIOLOGI • anak-anak • kontaklangsungtanah/pasir • tropis & sub tropis

  4. GEJALA KLINIS • Keluhan : • gatal • panassetempat • Predileksi : tangan,tungkai,paha,bokong

  5. DIAGNOSIS • Diagnosis : • bentukbenanglurus/berkelok2, menimbul • DD/ : • skabies • dermatofit • insect bite • herpes zoster

  6. TERAPI • Tiabendazol oral 50 mg/kgBB, 2x1 hariselama 2 hari • Tiabendazoltopikal • CO2 snow, penekanan 45 dtk- 1 menit selama 2 hari berturut2 • Chloretil, penyemprotansepanjanglesi ½- 2 menit

  10. EPIDEMIOLOGI • Sosialekonomirendah • Higieneburuk • Hubunganseksualpromiskuitas Cara Penularan : • Kontaklangsung • Kontaktaklangsung

  11. GEJALA KLINIS • Keluhan : gatalmalamhari • Predileksi : selajaritangan,ekstensorsiku, lipatanketiak,umbilikus,pinggang, genital,bokong

  12. DIAGNOSIS • Diagnosis : • klinis • menemukankutu bukaterowongan kerokan • DD/ : dermatitis kontak prurigo pedikulosis

  13. TERAPI • Umum : • nasehathigiene • semuakeluargadiobati • Khusus : • ivermectin 200 ug/kgBB • anti histamin • anti biotikinfeksisekunder

  19. TERAPI • TERAPI : • Gameksan • Emulsibenzoas 20% • DDT Powder/emulsi 5% • Pencegahan : • Penderitadipisahkan • Alatselahdipakaidibersihkan,dicuci,didesinfeksi
