  3. HIGADO GRASO AGUDO DEL EMBARAZO Epidemiologia • 1 de 7000-20 000 partos • Gestaciones multiples. • Bajo peso con IMC menor a 20. • Tercer trimestre.

HIGADO GRASO AGUDO DEL EMBARAZO fisiopatologia Deficiencia de la cadena larga 3-hidroxiacil CoAdehidrogenasa. • Beta oxidacion mitocondrial de acidos grasos • Metabolitos de cadena larga 3-hidroxiacil, del feto y placenta, vienen siendo toxicos para una paciente con deficitenzimatico mitocondrial.
