  2. Anomalies scintigraphiques • Lésion du squelette • Réaction du tissu osseux sain adjacent • Augmentation ostéogénèse • Autour de la lésion: formation de tissu nouvellement calcifié, en excès par rapport au tissu sain adjacent: hyperfixation

  3. Acquisition scintigraphique • Contre-indication : grossesse, allaitement • IVD à distance de tout site suspect • Environ 20 mCi chez l’adulte • Acquisition dynamique • Clichés statiques précoces et tardifs • Balayage CE • Tomoscintigraphie  TDM selon les centres

  4. Scintigraphie osseuse • Avantages • sensibilité+++ • Stade préradiologique • Examen CE • Irradiation relativement faible • Simplicité • Disponibilité • Inconvénients • Spécificité faible • Résolution faible

  5. Avantages Tomoscintigraphie couplée au Scanner • Avantages de la scintigraphie et du scanner • Affine le diagnostic topographique • Différenciation des lésions malignes et bénignes • Evite au patient trop d’examens inutiles AUGMENTE LA SPECIFICITE ++++
