  1. Cara Mengakses Rekod Pelanggan • Masukkan ID dan Katalaluan • Klik “Submit”

  2. Pelanggan boleh melihat rekod pinjaman melalui “summary record”, “Full record”, “Account” dll.

  3. Skrin “Summary Record” / “Activity Record” Pelangan boleh mengetahui berapa bilangan bahan dipinjam, ditempah, sudah tamat tempoh dan tarikh tamat pinjaman

  4. Skrin “Summary Record” Pada skrin “Summary Record” , pelanggan boleh memanjangkan tempoh pinjaman . Tetapi tempoh pinjaman tidak boleh dipanjangkan lagi jika salah satu buku telah tamat tempoh atau pelanggan ada denda yang belum dibayar .

  5. Skrin “Summary Record” • Cara Memanjangkan Tempoh Pinjaman • Tanda  pada kotak • Klik “Renew” • Bahan yang dipanjangkan tempoh bersama tarikh baru dipaparkan pada skrin 3 2 1

  6. Skrin “ Full record”

  7. Skrin “Patron Account” Jika ada denda tidak dibayar, jumlah denda akan dipaparkan

  8. Pelanggan boleh menukarkan alamat e-mail dan Password
